We have a talented group of individuals ready and waiting to take your web dreams to the next level.

Kyle S. Morris
(Founder & Chief Technology Officer)
Several years ago Kyle took note of what seemed to be pent up demand for affordable, custom websites – especially among small and start up businesses trapped somewhere between cheap but dull template solutions and big designers’ sticker shock. Believing that by transforming his passion into a focused practice he could offer a valuable service to small firms with limited resources, in 2007 he founded Seven21Design. Kyle’s hunch was right and today Seven21Design’s complement of satisfied clients is substantial and growing. As CTO and lead designer, Kyle is deeply involved in every project and personally and enthusiastically engages with each client from start to finish ensuring their full satisfaction. Kyle attended the University of Virginia and Piedmont Virginia Community College where he earned a degree in Web Technologies. He has a love for the outdoors and rock climbing that grew, in part, from his completion of a National Outdoor Leadership School course in 2000.

John R. Dankowski
(Founder & Lead Business Strategist)
Leveraging more than 35 years of public and private sector business experience, John brings broad strategic thinking to the firm. He ensures that Seven21Design is continually growing and evolving to meet the unique needs of a diverse family of clients. The Seven21Design team takes a deep and holistic interest in each client’s objectives. Because a unique presence on the web is not the only key component of business success, John analyzes the whole picture surrounding each project and helps clients integrate their web project with their overall business objectives. John attended the University of Maryland, University College where he earned his BS in Technology and Business Administration. His career has taken him from service aboard a U.S. Navy Fleet Ballistic Submarine, to years of strategic planning at the White House, to enterprise performance management consulting in the private sector.

Connie M. Harrison
(Director of Project Management)
Responsible for oversight of all projects and serving as our chief editor, Connie brings 40 years of experience in customer service, administrative oversight, project management and editing. Her attention to every detail surrounding each client’s project helps ensure that nothing is overlooked and that the project stays on-track and on-schedule. Connie’s penchant for being particular is only outdone by her creativity when it comes to helping clients add punch to their prose. With Connie onboard, our clients rest assured that she will be following up on satisfaction before, during, and after their site is up and running. Connie has spent the last 25 years in collegiate athletics and also sat on the board of the Building Goodness Foundation (an organization that builds clinics, schools, shelters, and other structures for communities in need) for nine years. She currently serves on the BGF fundraising committee.

George F. Harrison
(Chief Financial Officer)
George joins Seven21Design with over 30 years of financial experience, specializing in business operations, budgeting and financial analysis. He has worked both in the private and small business sectors and with various state and federal government agencies. His drive for excellence with facts and figures ensures that the Seven21Design behind-the-scenes machine is finely tuned. He received his MBA from Marymount University with a concentration in Finance and Accounting. George is a sports and music aficionado – name a game or hum a few bars and George will tell you who played.

McGarvey
(Director of Inspiration)
Having served for the past two years as director of inspiration, with dogged determination McGarvey “Mac” maintains a loyal and active role in keeping staff motivated and focused on some of the important things in life — working hard and spending time with family, friends and pets. When Mac is not playing watch dog to every keystroke Kyle is making — and just hoping he will finally take a break and liberate some doggie treats to the floor — you will find him on crumb patrol or sketching out his web design thoughts with a wet nose on the sliding glass doors.
